Where we clean, and what that actually means
Every city we serve is here, with the distance from our base and what it changes about the service.

The four bands
We are based in Buckeye, at the western edge of the metro. Everything below is measured from there. The bands are not service tiers — the scope, the checklist and the guarantee are identical in all four — they are honest descriptions of travel, and travel is what determines which promises we can keep.

Drive times are without traffic, from published route data. Two entries are marked estimated: Scottsdale, because route calculators measure to the city centre and the Airpark sits further north; and Queen Creek, because two sources disagree by eighteen miles and we have not driven it to settle the question.
The same map for offices and commercial spaces
Most of this site is about houses, because most of what we clean is houses. The map does not change for the commercial side: every city in the table above is a city where we also clean offices, medical suites, churches and daycares, and where we take on post-construction clean-up when a build finishes. If that is what you need, start at commercial cleaning — the process is different enough to deserve its own page, and it starts with an on-site visit rather than a quote form.
What is the same everywhere
- A written scope of work before anything starts, and a free visit to the property first.
- The same checklist every visit.
- Photo proof after each visit.
- 24-hour re-clean guarantee, in writing.
What changes with distance
Response speed, and nothing else. Around Buckeye we can be at a house the same morning. In Pinal County we cannot, and we schedule accordingly — grouped routes on fixed days, or project work with a defined window. It is also why a few cities are listed here without a page of their own: we clean there, and we would rather say so plainly on one page than write pages that all say the same thing.
This site publishes no response-time commitment. An unkept promise on a cleaning contract costs more than the contract, so the hours for your band get agreed on the visit and written down.
