What that looks like in your home

Most house cleaning is sold by the hour and delivered by memory. That works until the person who knows your house is unavailable, and then you get a stranger with no instructions and a different idea of what "clean the kitchen" means.

So we start by coming to see the place — free, about twenty minutes — and you get a written list of what is included and what is not. Then it is the same list every visit. It sounds like a lot of paperwork for a house. It is the reason the result does not change when the person does.

Recurring

Weekly, biweekly or monthly. Kitchens and bathrooms every visit; rotating detail — baseboards, interior glass, ceiling fans, inside appliances — so that over a cycle the whole house gets attention instead of only the parts that show.
