The clean that resets the house.
One long pass through everything a regular visit only rotates through — booked when the house got ahead of you, or when a date is coming that makes it matter.
Free · written list · no obligation
What makes it deep, and not just longer
A recurring visit keeps a house level. It works because it repeats: the same list, often enough that nothing gets far. A deep clean is the opposite kind of job — it assumes things already got far, and it goes after the places that a weekly pass is deliberately not spending time on.
In practice that means the parts of a room nobody looks at until they do: the top edge of a door, the runner under the fridge, the shower glass that stopped being clear, the vent above the stove. None of that is difficult. It is slow, and slowness is the whole product.
What gets done
- Kitchen, opened up. Inside the oven and the fridge, under and behind both where they move, range hood and filter, cabinet fronts and the tops nobody sees, backsplash.
- Bathrooms, past the surface. Tile, shower door tracks and the film on the glass, taps and drains, the hinges and the base of the toilet — the parts that make a bathroom read as old when it is not.
- Edges everywhere. Baseboards, door frames, door tops, switch plates, window sills and tracks, vents and returns, ceiling fan blades.
- Behind and under. Furniture moved where two people can move it safely, and put back where it was.
- Floors, properly. Corners and edges by hand, not just the open middle a vacuum reaches.
The exact list is written with you before we start, because "deep" means different things in different houses and the word on its own has caused more disagreements in this trade than any price ever has.
What it is not
- It is not repair. A seal that failed, a stain that went into the stone — we will show you and tell you plainly. Cleaning does not fix those and pretending otherwise wastes your money.
- It is not decluttering or organizing. We clean around what is there. If a surface needs to be emptied first, that is your call to make, not ours.
- It is not a substitute for a schedule. A deep clean buys you a level house for a while. What keeps it there is repetition.
Not included
Grout cleaning and grout restoration are not included in any service.
When people actually book one
Four moments, and they are worth naming because each one has a different deadline attached:
- Before a recurring schedule starts. The most common one. It is easier to hold a level house than to catch one up every visit, so the first clean is often a deep one and then the schedule takes over.
- Before people come. A holiday, family staying, a birthday. The date is fixed and cannot move, which is the part that matters when you book.
- After a stretch where nobody had time. An illness, a newborn, two jobs, a bad month. There is nothing to explain to us — this is ordinary work and we have never once been surprised by a house.
- Before a house is listed or handed back. If it is empty and someone is going to inspect it, that is a different job with a different standard: see move-in and move-out cleaning.
How long it takes
Longer than people expect, and we would rather say so now than apologise later. A deep clean is measured in hours, not in a slot: a three-bedroom house that has not had one in a couple of years is most of a day, sometimes with more than one person. We tell you the estimate before we start, and if the house turns out to need more than we quoted, you hear it from us that day and decide — we do not add to an invoice you have not seen.
What drives the price
- Bathrooms, first. They carry more deep-clean work per square foot than any other room, and they are the count people forget to mention.
- How long since the last one. The honest variable. Two years is not twice the work of one; it is more.
- Kitchen appliances. Inside the oven and the fridge are the two single longest tasks in most houses.
- Pets. Hair gets into places that need a different pass, not a longer one.
- Whether it leads into a schedule. A one-off and a first clean before recurring service are priced differently, because the second one is the start of something.
What we commit to in writing
- 24-hour re-clean guarantee, in writing. If something on the written list was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and do it at no charge.
- Free visit and written estimate. We see the house first. A deep clean quoted over the phone is a number that changes when we walk in, and you would be right to resent that.
- The list before the work. Written with you, so "deep" means the same thing to both of us.
Where we do them
Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park and Surprise, and the rest of the Valley on the service areas page. A deep clean is a long visit, so drive time matters less here than it does for a weekly schedule — ask even if you are further out.
Wondering whether you need one at all? Say what the house is like and when you last had one done. If a regular house cleaning is enough, we will say so — it is the cheaper answer and it is often the true one.
