Goodyear, Arizona
House cleaning in Goodyear, AZ
Goodyear is the most heavily advertised cleaning market in the West Valley, so you will get plenty of quotes. Here is what to ask so you are comparing the service and not just the number.
Free · written list · no obligation
Three questions that sort the quotes
- "What exactly is included, in writing?" A price with no list is a price for an unknown amount of work. Ask for the list before you compare anything.
- "Is it the same person, or whoever is free?" Both answers are legitimate. Only one of them needs a checklist to be safe, and you should know which one you are buying.
- "How do I know it got done?" If the answer is "call us if there is a problem", the checking is your job again.
12 miles from us
About 15 minutes without traffic. Close enough that a Goodyear house can be added to a week that is already running, which is the real reason schedules hold.
What every clean includes
- A free visit first and a written list of what is included and what is not.
- The same list every visit, with photos after.
- 24-hour re-clean guarantee, in writing.
- A free visit and a written estimate. No obligation either way.
